Register and VAT

Novo publishes a commercial-register entry and a VAT identification number here when it has one. Invoices are issued without VAT, under § 19 UStG.

Disputes

Novo is not willing, and not obliged, to take part in a dispute before a consumer arbitration board. The former EU online dispute platform closed in 2025.
